A European "Canadian" flag?

Hmm, I wonder if the journalists over at Italy's "Repubblica" newspaper failed elementary geography?  We're informed that in Kiev there were European flags that were being waved at the Majdan square.  So Canada's moved to the Ukraine, eh????
