Vydra: “We’re not going to stop”
“Thrilled for my debut in Serie A”
Matej Vydra will not forget the match he played two days ago so easily. The Czech striker, at his debut with Udinese in the Coppa Italia match against Padova, has also debuted in championship in an exciting match. The fairy tale, though, (“the fairy tale though”?) didn’t have an happy (“a happy”?) ending and, as the last minute went (where?) , the carriage (??) became a pumpkin. “Totti’s goal was hard to digest – the boy from Chotebor confesses (as in church?) at Telepordenone -, the match against Roma turned out to be complicated from the kick-off. Di Natale had managed to draw, then the cold shower. It’s a pity, though I feel satisfied for my first presence in Serie A and I can do nothing but thank the coach of the chance he's given me".
A dream come true in the 40th minute of the second half when the coach substituted Domizzi, trying to straighten the fortunes (???) of the match. “It was a unique emotion, but I’m really sorry that Sanchez couldn’t play. Totò and he are an extraordinary striker-couple. Probably with the Chilean on the field we would have watched another team”.
Ostrava’s sprite came in Udine last summer, when the Club took him from Banik. With Slesia, the 18 years-old (“18 year-old”=) striker has a score of 4 goals out of 14 matches in the Gambrinus Liga. “Italian football is completely different from the one of my country (“in my country”?). You take more care of the defensive phase here, which starts with the strikers and ends with the goalie.
The athletic preparation, moreover, is detailed and cured (“from a sickness”?)”. With yesterday’s win on (“over”?) Parma, Lazio ousted Udinese from the fourth place, but nothing’s lost: “The chase for Europe is more hardened and we won't back down for sure. Lazio surpassed us and Roma are chasing us closely, they're three points away from us. Also Juve, with two successes (“victories”?) in a row, is five points away from us. We know that on Sunday we’re facing a challenging match at “San Paolo”, but we’re not going to stop”. In the kick-off of day 33, Udinese are to play in a real bowl of fire. In Naples it will all sold out (“it will be all sold-out”?): “Playing in front of 60 thousand spectators is thrilling. In the Czech Republic there's never more than 20 thousand people, not even for the main matches. I haven't got used to it yet".
