150
times Totò: the captain goes… tridimensional!
"Idea Prototipi" will make
two statues to portray Di Natale as he scored the goal in Pescara
[

Antonio Di Natale is
Udinese's recordman (“record man”?). The forward (“The forward is able”?) able
to break any exisiting (“existing”?) record wearing Udinese jersey (“wearing
the Udinese jersey”?). Udinese captain (“The Udinese captain”?) will get
another satisfaction soon: he will be portrayed in a statue made with resin
coloured (??) and inserted in a solid (solid what?) of crystalline transparency
that, for the first time ever, is developed using a tridimensional scan of the
exact position in which Di Natale was as he scored in Pescara his historic
150th goal for Udinese.
Idea Prototipi - the
company from Basiliano owned by Massimo Agostini, which had "frozen"
Totò's shoes on the occasion of the captain's 100th goal - has
"capped" the captain in its laboratory, situated inside the Area
Science Park (Padriciano) where the captain underwent a special treatment. Di
Natale was photographed using a special technology that allows (“a”?)
tridimensional scan with structured light.
A few weeks are needed to
finish the works (“the work”?). The "Idea Prototipi" will make two
identical copies of the statue: one will be given to the captain and the other
will be auctioned to raise money for Udinese (“Udinese’s”?) non-profit
organization "Udinese for Life".
"It is a right (??)
and proper gift - said Massimo Agostini - not only for the player Di Natale,
but also for the man, Totò. We are honoured to make such a statue and, for the
first time ever, to use such a technology".
Even Di Natale was
thrilled and happy: "It's a honour (“an honour”?)- said the captain - it's
a good thing, a really good thing for me, and I am very pleased that Massimo,
once again, has proven a great sensibility as he decided to make two copies,
one for Udinese for Life. I hope we can raise a good lot of money".
Also Dimitri Quaglia,
representative (“the representative”?) for the Association Udinese Club, was in
Padriciano yesterday: "We are happy to collaborate with Idea Prototipi -
he said - this project will do good (“do well”?). I thank Udinese Calcio and Di
Natale who allowed us to take part in the initiative, we will do our best to
raise as much money as we can".
