“Concentration and an offensive attitude have to be the key words now, we still have the chance to show who we are, to show what we can do”. That’s the beginning of Aleksandar Lukovic’s press conference today: he goes straight to the point. “From now on, we have to play every match as it was (or “were”?) a final: we want to win.” The Serbian defender, after the three positive results in the League and Coppa Italia, wants his team-mates to be concentrated and clear minded: “We must focus on our possibilities, our objectives. We should ignore other teams’ results. I am not satisfied of what I have done on the pitch since the beginning of the season, I have to admit it. We can still improve. It is in difficult situations that the determination and strength of a group can come out. A win can now change one’s attitude”. Sampdoria has collected three point (“points”?) out of seven matches: “They are not living (or “going through…”?) a positive moment either.
